1:1 Gut Health Deep Dive
Have you been chasing your tail with digestive issues and looking for some clear answers? I've got you.
Book a Gut Health Deep Dive
A Deep Dive gives you a chance to learn more about what may be at the root of your unique digestive symptoms so you understand next steps and how to best support your healing.
How a Gut Health Deep Dive Works
-
First, you will complete an easy at-home stool test. The sample gets shipped to a lab and they will send my clinic a comprehensive report of what's going on in your gut. Click here to learn more about the GI-MAP and what it tests for.
-
Once the results are in, we will sit down together for a deep dive to review them and connect the dots so you understand how the results are related to your symptoms.
-
Then, we create a plan for next steps. You'll be given diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations. We will schedule a check in session after 6 & 12 weeks to check-in and outline next steps and if additional sessions are recommended you will have the ability to book single follow-up sessions.
Investment: $1,800 CAD

The Deep Dive is a good fit if you are...
-
Self-directed and looking for answers and guidance without a ton of on-going support from a 1:1 or group program. You're ready to take a protocol and rolling with it.
-
Struggling chronic skin, mood, energy, or hormonal issues that are not responding to treatment as there may hidden inflammation in the gut, even if you don't have digestive symptoms.
-
A practitioner (nutritionist, herbalist, etc.) looking for an outside opinion on your own case.
-
Looking for a basic level of support.
The Deep Dive is NOT a good fit if...
-
You are pregnant/breastfeeding or currently trying to conceive (we cannot address bacterial/fungal overgrowth or parasites while you grow or feed a baby). If this is your situation currently, we can still work together but recommend different testing methods - reach out and we will direct you!
-
Looking for a quick fix. Some issues improve faster than others, but most gut healing takes time.
-
Not ready to make changes to your diet and lifestyle in order to improve your health. 80% of your protocol will be focused on these factors, which is very different from the "pill for your ill" approach of conventional medicine.
-
Looking for ongoing support or a high level of accountability. You may require on of our intensive programs with more touch points.

What is GI-MAP testing?GI-MAP stands for “GI Microbial Assay Plus” and is an at-home stool test that provides us with a snapshot look at multiple areas of gut health. This testing reveals imbalances in “good” and “bad” gut bacteria, digestive enzyme output, yeast and parasites, inflammation, gluten sensitivity, and more. Testing saves us a lot of time, money and energy that would otherwise be spent guessing and trying different approaches.
